Edge angle?

Anybody know what the edge anglw was coming from the shop on the CGFBM? All I know is that I just took mine down to between 30-40 degrees somewhere (probably right about the 35 range) and holy crap does it chop. It's still plenty thick to be durable (yippee for INFI) and it's not as pretty as some of the thinned out edges I've seen (I have no skills compared), but it's slightly polished and thinned, and looks pretty decent.
Sorry, no camera that can do edge pics.
 
I sharp my SFNO's also on a 30 degree angle with my Lansky. It's for me an ideal chopping edge.:thumbup:
 
I use a 40 degree angle. It gives you a strong all around very sharp edge edge also perfect for chopping.
