Am I correct in interpreting this to mean the edge is beveled on one side only (like the unserrated tip of a Spyderco Police, for example)? Is this true for all Custom Knife Shoppe blades or just those with BuckCote? TIA....because you're edging one side, instead of equal amounts from both sides, it makes it a little easier to hone down the steel...
