Edge holding capability.

Between the Grohmann/DH Russell Canadian belt knife with High Carbon German Stainless and the Buck #112 Ranger folder with 420 HC Stainless, which will hold an edge better?
Thoughts on these two steels is greatly appreciated.
 
I don't really know, but I'd put my money on the uck, though the difference would likely be slight.

I think you probably meant to post this on the Blade Discussion Forum, didn't you?
