Edge Holding Test - Bill Burke Pronghorn

I'm really new to custom/hand-made knife, esp. the forged blade.
But today, I decide to try a simple test and see for myself . . .

The edge holding of this knife is amazing, it keep cutting and cutting.
And after the box's GONE, that's about 350 cuts, it still shaving sharp!

Now, I understand when people talk about GOOD edge holding.
