hey guys just got my edge pro from the basement and want to start sharpening some busses. I am doing a comparison of my free hand to this machine and i was wondering what angle do yall think is best for the busses. I was thinking 25 but what do yall think?

A little less than 20, or a little less than 15 so you can maintain the edge on a Spyderco sharpmaker!
On my MudRazor I used <15 degree angle with no problems thus far. On my larger choppers (HHFSH and UCHOGFSH) it's <20 degrees

INFI can take a pretty steep edge without any problems!

It depends what you intend using the Busse for? This will influence what degree angle should be applied.

As others have said, the angle is a function of the specific knife design and intended use, not the manufacturer.

I usually end up laying 'em back a bit from their original state. IMO, one of INFI's advantages is that fact that its superior toughness allows for this.

Another thing to consider is regrinding the primaries vs. laying back the secondaries. And then there's also the possibility of using a convex grind - either for the secondary only, or all the way up the primaries.
