I have the edge pro apex three. What accessories do you use? I have been looking at angle cubes and collars ext.

I use the Angle Cube, the new small knife riser block, and really strong magnets under the blade table. I do have Chosera stones, which I occasionally use (I think I'm a bit afraid they'll crack, so I don't use them often). The stock stones do a good job to be honest. I don't use the drill stop collars. I asked Ben Dale his opinion on those. He thought they were unnecessary and slowed the sharpening process down.

Good sharpening,
Dave

Magnets and painters tape. I have the drill collars, too, and don't ever use them. And I use an angle finder app on my phone. Seems to work well enough.

I have the angle cube and use it sometimes if the guide rod falls between the markers and I want to know exactly where I'm at. I have the drill collar but only use it when I add non Edge pro stones to the mix. My edge pro stones are all the same thickness and the collar is not needed then. If I am going to use different height stones on the same knife I use the collar to keep the angle constant.
Just my .02
