Edge Pro Apex dots

I haven't used my Edge Pro in quite a while and can't find my manual. I looked up what angles the colored dots represent, but can't remember if I am supposed to line angle arm up with the middle of the dot, bottom, or top? Would someone please remind me what the recommended setting is? I would really appreciate it.

Thank you, but I had already looked up what angles the dots were for. What I am wondering is if you adjust the angle arm to the top of the dot, middle of the dot, or bottom of the dot to get the 24, 21, etc, or does it not matter?

The dot should be just above the top of the black arm piece.

MY solution was to get an Igaging electronic angle cube. Not very expensive, and allow you to set your table with precision to .05 degrees.
