Edge pro apex for slipjoints?

I am so close to pulling the trigger on an edge pro apex with chosera stones kit but was wondering how well the edge pro does with small bladed slip joints? Some of my favorite knives have very small blades (Case/Bose Norfolk, and lockback whittler come to mind) and to me the edge pro seems more ideal for sharpening large knives like kitchen knives, and big choppers. Will I have any troubles sharpening my slippies with the edge pro? If that is a big concern should I maybe go for a different setup? Would the wicked edge be better for really small blades? The extra cost and wait time are turn offs for the wicked edge but I just really want the best tool for the job. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Thanks

Not a dumb question peper.
I got an Apex a few weeks ago and have used it for some small slippies, watch Dale's videos and pick up some paint stirring sticks from Lowes/Home depot, cut out a piece to match the blade of the knife and tape it to the deck of the Apex. It lifts it high enough that you can sharpen the little guys.
Cheers,
Russ
