Edge Pro Questions

Over the course of using my recently purchased Edge Pro, a few questions have come to mind (and will likely continue to do so). Most importantly, are the angle settings on the device per side or inclusive?

Thanks, it was hard to tell (for me) and didn't really seem to say in the instructions. Yes... I actually skim over those things at the very least.
