EdgePro Sharpener Question: Water?

I would recommend using water with the EdgePro stones. A simple way to reduce the mess is to keep a small tupperware container (I use a small 4" by 4" square one) by the side of your EdgePro. Fill it with about half an inch of water, and cut a small patch of material from an old towel. Every minute or so just swing the arm of the EdgePro out over the tupperware bowl and use the saturated cloth to wipe clean the stone. The EdgePro is just too good of a system to pass on because of water concerns, IMHO.
