Greetings, I found a EDI Genesis today that is a fantastic folder. They have not been manufactured for a few years, but it is a great folder. I have a Benchmade 800 that is not even close to the quality of the EDI. G-10 handles, ATS-34, Titu liners, dual thunstuds, black nitrate coated blade, deep pocket black clip. Fit and finish are excellent. Pickup one while you still can. You will not be disappointed.

I have been eyeing one for a while, I know they had QC issues, there are 4 I can get my hands on and they all seem pretty good. I will go give them another look. Thanks for the good review.
 
I have an original EDI Genesis with a black partially serrated blade. I had heard that there was a guy who bought up a lot of parts and was assembling and selling the knives, but mostly at gun shows. Is there an online source for the knife? I love mine and wouldn't mind a second one.
