Check my new post.

I went with the 200. I liked the feel of it alot.
Should be simple questions to you ZT guys. Thanks in advance.
Ive never handled a ZT before yesterday. This might just be normal.

First off, first ZT! Woo!
When I got the knife, the blade wasnt perfectly centered. I mean off by very little. But its a quick simple fix to get it perfect. So why not.
So I loosened all of the screws, centered it, and tightened it back up. It centered easily and now its perfect.
I had some issues getting it loose and then tight again.
The standoffs were spinning when I tried to remove the screws.
Is it a normal thing to have the standoffs spin when you turn the bolts?
This is basically my first knife with standoffs.

And now, some of the screws on one side of the knife dont look like they are in all of the way. The other side of the knife, the bolts are alot more recessed. I didnt pay attention to this before adjustment so Im not sure it is normal or not.
I know it seems like a nit-picky thing (and I dont really care), but Id rather have you guys tell me Im nuts than loose screws. They all feel really tight. And I know theyre not stripped bacause I didnt take them out.

And one more thing. When I got it, I changed the clip to tip-up. (I switched it back. I think Im a tip down convert.:)) When I was screwing it in, they went in REALLY HARD. Like it wasnt tapped.

If the spinning standoffs is a normal thing, then do you have any tips for me to make it easier?

For what its worth, this knife is still fantastic and I think it will reproduce.

The stand-offs spin on some of my knives as well, the only remedy I've found is fully taking the knife apart and attaching all the stand-offs to one scale, tightening, and screwing on the other side. Two torx bits make this much easier haha. The spinning is caused by one screw being tight in the stand-off but not fully screwed in.

As for the clip, that's just the first time the clip screws were inserted, I believe they drill the holes slightly smaller the a the screw so they essentially thread into the G10 along with the liner.

The 0200 was my first ZT, and I'm onto my fourth now. It'll serve you well, mines been beaten pretty hard and is still kicking. :)

Edit: some of the screws sticking out more is due to the 3D machining on the G10. :)

Thanks! Im glad to hear all of this. I guess Ill just try to keep it blown out so I only have to disassemble as a last resort.

First off, the 0200 is a badass. Secondly it is a pocket destroyer.

Ya, the pocket clip is hella snug and its not that easy to put in your pocket nor take out. I Love the 200 but I carry another ZT that is easier to slip in your pocket and remove. At least you know the ZT200 wont ever fall out of your pocket...its in for good!
(good choice on knives...Like I said, love the 200, it was my EDC since July)

The best thing you can do is make sure you have 2 sets of quality drivers. Having only 1 is the only problem here.

HA! Woo! I know I wasnt crazy!
I just wrestled with my 200 for the last 20 minutes to get the screw out that was sitting too high.
Ran a Q-Tip in the recess-hole, cleaned the bolt threads, and then put it back in.
Now its flush!
Thanks 9Blades. There must have been debris down in there like you said.

I was just browsing around the Zero Tolerance website and ended up at the "Dealer Locator" feature.
I typed in "Kittery" and the trading post wasnt marked as a dealer.
Does this mean that they dont buy directly from Kerhsaw, or does this mean that I am very unlucky?

Sorry about the blurry pictures. My camera hates low-light and its rainy outside.
