What I was shipped was a GTI Rogers Rangers tomahawk, and not an ATC.

All good, but makes this a moot point....

Don't have the measurements for you but Crazy crow sells quality handles .
 
Or if anyone knows who was the original handle supplier to ATC ?

Ah, now it is clear. Can you link to a picture of the hawk? I have an old ATC hawk, but I'm not sure it is the model you are referring to.
