Edit thread "More Options" page error.

When trying to edit a thread and the popup window opens, when you click more options you get a page isn't working error. (google chrome).

I just tried that on my phone and desktop, both using Chrome and didn't have any issues. May want to clear out your cookies and give it another try.

Didn't fix it, however it seems to be isolated on the one particular thread comment. I tried it on a different comment on a different thread and it works.
