EDM BOOK?

Has anyone ever read this book?? It says it shows you how to build an EDM. Wonder if its any good???Heres what the description says about it:

I get that magazine..read all the articles... edm is quite complicated...not for the amateur...no matter what that guy says....and not the safest thing in the world..a good industrial edm machine...used costs around 40k i believe....as dr lathe about it....
