Hey guys,
For all of you that have been thinking of having some edm work done, I found a good guy to deal with. I had this guy (Phil) cut some damascus for me a little bit ago. He doesn't provide materials like many of the bigger companies do, But this insn't something to count against him. His machine isn't huge, but he can do 31 x 23 x 8 max size piece. More than enough for most of us.
Now here's the kicker, he will do one piece or many, he doesn't charge setup or any other fees. He charges only for cutting at $50 per hour. He can get a lot done in an hour too. I looked for 3 months trying to find a better rate anywhere and I couldn't beat this. He's just one guy with his own machine and very easy to work with.
