Does anyone know if the "protective EDP (Electric Discharge Plating) coating" used by Cold Steel, such as on the aluminium ti-lites is food safe please?
I generally only leave DLC on food knives.
Should this be taken off? (& how?)
Thank you

Yes, thanks.
I didn't see responses here, so i posted in the general discussion forum.
It was clarified that i misread thr description. Apparently the blade is bead blasted, the EDP is just on the aluminium scales, heres the quote:
"They feature sharp and strong bead-blasted CPM-S35VN Alloy blades, and CNC milled 7075 Aluminum handles which are finished with a protective EDP (Electric Discharge Plating) coating."
