Hey guys, I just purchased a Ripper on the exchange. I have used the search function but still didn't get alot of info. Is this because they weren't offered for long or what? Looking at the pics I think I will like this knife quite a bit. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this knife that they would be willing to share with someone less educated on this particular knife. Also, any info on the ST ripper would be appreciated. Like, for instance, what does the "ST" stand for. Do most guys like the stripper better than the ripper? Probably a dumb question on this forum, but what the heck. Thanks in advance.

Pete

The Ripper is WAY better than the Stripper!!!

It just has to be. It's TAN/TAN!!!!:D

I don't have a Ripper, but I do have a ST-Ripper. The ST- Ripper is made from a Zero Tolerance Natural Outlaw Blank, so the "ST" stands for "Super Thin". I believe there were only 13 made?

It is my favorite Busse that I own. Super useful size and shape for me.

Congrats on the Ripper!

ST-Ripper. One of two without the serrations. Great knife!

Oh, I like that one MikeH. No serrations is very nice. Super Thin, that makes sense, thanks. I will have to keep my eyes open for a ST ripper.

These are good comparison pic's of the tan rippers. They came left and right- sided with and without serrations. Also note, some had skull crushers and some were handle flush.

The ST Rippers only totalled 13 made, only 2 of them were toothless by request (MikeH and Skunk each had one, Skunks is now believed to be with Jaxx ...maybe:confused:)

The other 11 ST Rippers are scattered about. I know of 6 other owners that showed them off. the rest are hidden deep in the safe's of the quiet "stealth hogs":D

Very nice. I think I will be very happy with this addition. I think I like the ST ripper even better. Thanks for the pics.

Jeepnut, that before and after pic is cool, I like the after more though. That blade design/grind is wicked looking,
