Probably very old but 200 years is unlikely. He is way off about it being hand forged, it appears to be a standard drop forged item. Probably not cast although possibly. L.D. Pratt is now Pratt-Read out of Illinois. The H.H. was probably a one-time owner trying to mark his tool. The guy in the video is just lacking in much knowledge about old tools and apparently doesn't use Google. If it was hand forged the bit and hammer face would be quality steel and the rest would probably be plain old iron, and as such would in this condition probably be easy to see where they meet. Cool old hatchet but the kid is....
I Saw this video and I don't think it's 200 years old.
I noticed that it's got a teardrop eye which if I'm not mistaken came about in the latter half of the 1800's, which would definitely rule out it being 200 years old.
It could be hand forged but that S seems like a manufactures code.
