Senator,anytime I get a chnce like this I have and will always take the time to do it.I have kids from around my neigbor hood that have grown up watching and making knives in my shop.I will take a kid hunting or teach them to shoot a bow or how to make a knife anytime.It is very rewarding to do this with the kids.
Sing,It would be great to have you watch me forge out a blade.I might even get you to try it yourself.....Bruce

Slopoke,Donna agrees,She just wish's that I would take it off once in awhile.I am in the market for a new one though,I was thinking about a camouflaged cowboy hat,What ya think?????? come on now the hat has been a trade mark for 9 years,I can go to town with out it and people dont even reconize(?) me.

Totally awesome. So when are you going to give this kid a forging demo??? I was only 3 years older than those kids when I first decided that I was going to figure out how to make a knife. I sure wish I would have had an opportunity like that.

And the fact that you showed them proof positive to think of knives as tools and art instead of disastrous evil is great.

Hey, I'm serious about the forging demo. All arguments aside about forging versus stock removal, there is an art to forging, and I want to learn it.
