EERF grinder with step pulleys

Ive searched the forum and cant find one, but has anyone built an EERF (GIB) using step pulleys instead of a VFD setup? If so do you have some pics of the setup?

Im looking to build another grinder and dont want to put alot of money into it.

Great looking build, that may just be the way I go with mine.

If you have any questions let me know. I am a really pleased on how it turned out. It runs smooth as butter and with the motor from Wayne Coe it is very quiet.

One tip right off the bat is get the linked belt from Harbor Freight. They have the best price and you get enough for 2 grinders.
