Eezox Premium Synthetic Knife Care

Over a year ago, I read some information here regarding using Eezox Synthetic Gun Care Products to treat KhuKri knives. I bought some Eezox Gun Care and started using it to maintain all my knife collections. I like it. It seems to work and last better then most other products, and it's not oily.

I just found that Warren Custom Outdoor now have Eezox Premium Synthetic Knife Care products available.

I contacted them and ask them what's the difference between their Gun Care and Knife Care products.

Here's the reply:
"The Knife Care and Gun Care are very similar. According to the Eezox company, the basic ingredients are pretty much the same. The difference is that the percentages of each vary somewhat depending upon the intended use. I would say if you are only treating knives, then perhaps your next purchase could be the Knife Care product, Knife makers have been using Eezox Gun Care for years so I would not hesitate to continue using the Gun Care. You can't go wrong either way."

I won'y by Eezox right away because I still have about 80% of my Gun Care left.

Interesting..... I use Ballistol -- how does the Eezox compare with regard to its effect on contact with wood, horn and leather?
 
i use ballistol or mineral oil, they're food safe in case i want to gnaw on any lopped off parts.....
