I just got back form France, well on the web anyway...I was doing some searching on the Opinel line of knives. I want to find who here in the states carries the Opinel "Effile", It is very similar to the regular line but has a handle more like a CS Vaquaro has. They are offerd in bone & various wood's.

I have a #8 & #9 and have just started to use these knives daily & I gotta tell ya, for the price of these, their great! And if you tear em up...well your not out much, but I gotta say that these things are tough!.
