Either I'm obsessed or I'm losing it

This morning I was cleaning out my Yukon and I came across a white CRK box. Not a big deal, I've got those things laying all over my garage. But upon closer inspection I see that there's a small Classic in there! I then find the receipt in the box as well. So I'm trying to figure out how this happened and I remember that a month or so ago I went into Plaza Cutlery (the ONLY place in So Cal to buy from!) to buy a Mnandi, but they didn't have the one I wanted (seems a certain someone had purchased the Box Elder that I had my eye on ;) ). Being the CRK fanatic that I am, I must have bought this one. Weird. I guess I'm losing it. I don't even think I ever took it out of the box.
 
No, no, no ... you have a PROBLEM. Your subconscious KNOWS you don't want that knife. Let me hold it for you until you return to your senses. I'll let you know ... :cool:

Oh yeah, me. :eek: :o :eek: :o Sorry but I couldn't resist that Box Elder. It just kept calling to me through my computer! What was I supposed to do, ignore it's pleas? What kind of Mnandiac would I be if I did such a thing. :p :D ;)
 
Just a note to express how much I enjoyed this thread.

I'm addicted to another brand but it's good to see that there are so many people who like knives like I do.

Something very bad is going on if you buy it and don’t play with/fondle it for at least a few days. And the fact that you don’t even remember buying it …

I have to agree with you. I must have been off my rocker that week. I just found a whole bag of new dress clothes in my truck as well. The wife was out of town that week. Heaven knows I barely remember anything from that whole week :D

I know, whoever bought either of those two Box Elder's must be awful people :D

I heard my Mnandi arrived yesterday with my dad's large Sebenza. He's sending it my way now, so I'm pretty excited!
