Also, consider looking around the forums and ebay for an Ek knife with the original wooden or micarta handles. They pop up every once in a while and with a little dilligence, you should find one in a ver short time. In the span of six months a few years back, I picked up about twenty Ek #5's on Ebay with wooden or micarta grips. The wood handled ones should go from 110 to 150 USDwhile the micarta should set you back 150 to 200 USD. You might sell your paracord knife to offset the cost. That, might fetch 75 to 100 USD. It is my experience that the Ebay knives tend to go for a litte more than sellers who sell on bladeforums or other knife forums.
My estimates are simply amateur observations during the past two years and should not be construed to be any type of expert opinion.
Good luck on your search.
