Ekco kitchen knife date help.

I have an old 6 in blade Ekco kitchen knife. It was my great-grandmothers, then my grandpa's, and now mine. I am trying to figure out approximately when it was made. Here are two photos

I think copper rivets make it a 20th century knife. That’s all I got.
