EKI re-sale: SF vs. BT vs. serrated?

To all Emersonholics out there, question: Is there a difference in the re-sale price of an EKI with satin finish vs. black coat? Same question goes for serrated vs. non-serrated?

i dont believe there would be a difference. and emerson is and emerson. it would depend on the condition of the black coating i guess. im just basing my judgments off the emerson website as there are no differences in price between serrated/non, satin or black..i would figure resale would depend on the condition of the knife itself

yeh resale would depend on who is buying..my preference is always for black blade with no serrations, others will only want satin and serrations, etc.

for resale SF non serrated is always best, on any brand really not just EKI, might not make much diff in price but it will sell faster imho, they are simply more popular.
