So, in addition to owning over a dozen EKI knives, I'm also a performing musician. I play solo, and do a lot of Byrds, Merseybeat, and other jangly-type stuff on an electric 12-string. Typically prefer a 0,73, fairly flexible pick, and wondered how the EKI Ti picks feel. They sure are appealing.

They feel awesome! I have one and used it all the time. You can definitely hear the difference.

Im not a great musician or anything so im not really an expert here but I dont really like them. They do seem to make a differnent sound which i like. There seems to be no flex in them at all though which I dont really like. I feel like they are hard on my strings too but that just might be me. They are very cool though and I would say its worth getting one just for the cool factor if nothing else.

I play Bass with my fingers. I'd like to learn to play with a pic at some point.
Send me a pic to try out, Ernest.

I couldn't handle a pick that doesn't have any give.

Just my two cents. They are very cool, though.

I too play guitar eletric and acoustic. Rock, blues, indie, and death metal.

I'd be curious to try out a Ti pick, but I can only imagine the strings life being reduced greatly. I use Dunlop Tortex .73 and .88 guitar picks. I feel picks are meant to wear and I imagine the Ti would outlast the strings time and time again. I too like some flex as well. Good for intricate, fast paced playing.

Im sure the Ti would make some nicer tones on a well bodied acoustic guitar vs. an electric. What do you guys think?

Of course my 2 cents :)
