I have a 2006 Commander, after long time use, the lock bar and detent balls are wear off
Washers are getting thinner, cause some blade play.And one of the handle screw is stripped.

I can't fix these things by myself, especially the lock bar.
So I contact Emerson knives, asking if they can fix my Commander, but they didn't reply me.
Could anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

If at all possible I would try to contact them via phone. I see no reason they wouldn't take care of your issue.
