I just got the CS El Hombre that I ordered on wednesday, I was told I would not have until monday, a very pleasant surprise. I am very impressed with just about everything about this knife, it was realy sharp out the box, super solid lockup with no play anywhere. My only complaint is it opens kind of stiff, but I guess it just has to get "broke in". I honestly think that exept for maybe a Spyderco, I couldnt have gotten a better knife for $45.

I have one of these, too. It's a great little knife, very solid. And it has that "sawed-off Vaquero Grande" feel.

And tomorrow when you wake up it will be worse.

I've got the plain edge version - it's a nice knife but the edge is ground too thick to be a really nice slicer. The problem is that thinning the edge is only possible on the front of the recurved blade unless I get the new Sharpmaker for thinning out the inner recurve.

I would recommend the serrated version tho!

This is one of my car knives. It sits in the door armrest. The Vaquero Grande would be there, but it's too big. The El Hombre is just right. Feels nice in the hand. Is not my fastest opener, but is ok. Good knife for the money.
