Hi Everybody,

So I have taken to carrying one of my Saw Backs instead of a folder.

I found the scales a little slicker than I liked so I did some modifications.

I think they turned out nice.

The Marbled g-10 really has some interesting color combos

Thoughts ?

I love how it turned out! Actually like it MUCH better than the before pic. Not sure it works on all the handle materials, but it looks amazing with the one you did!

Looks awesome. Great job. I personally have never been able to get into folders and much prefer a short fixed blade over folders any day

I'm a fan of making knives your own.

very cool.
Thank you
Nice. Did you also give it a light blasting to create some texture?
Thank you. Nope no blasting
Clean work, looks great!
Thank you
Awesome mod job!
Thank you

Quite pretty!

Curious, if we modify or even replace the handles, would that void Busse's handle warranty or heaven forbid, the whole knife warranty?

If the Shop thinks that the mod directly led to a failure, then in theory, yes. In practice they cover pretty much anything. Except shooting it with a .50 cal.

Wait, they didn't cover that? Any help on finding that thread for a new piglet?

Thank you, pretty sure anything you modify it negates the warrenty, except stripping Garth has publicly said it does not. but with all that said I have not seen Busse not make it right ............even if you do stupid stuff, like shoot them.

Ask me how I know ;)

Very cool

Thank you (now send # 5 up here ;) )

Nice work Dave.

Thank you Brother
