I don’t get how to upload a picture from Flickr or Imgur. Every time I try it says image can’t be posted from this link.

Can you just paste the code you’re copying from those here ?
Usually the dyrect link to the picture should end on “ .jpg “ or whatever the format is, without any characters after this.

This is how the dyrect link for the below picture should look like before you paste it in the forum’s interface:
