A few years ago, I posted a thread asking for recommendations on rice steamers. I got a lot of good advice and ended up with a Zojirushi, which I have been enjoying a long time now.
Anyway, this time I'm looking for an electric griddle. The one I have now is 22 years old and no longer works well. It has sentimental value to me, since my family gave it to me when I left home, but I must admit that it needs replacing. I make pancakes regularly, so that will be the main use. It will also be used for French toast and the occasional sandwich. I would like a unit that has removable electronics so that it can be immersed in water for cleaning.
Any suggestions?
