Electric shaver recommendations?

Since I shaved my head I've been maintaining it with a pair of clippers but I'd like to get a cleaner look without Bicing off a mole. I haven't had an electric since high school. I don't even remember what brand it was. Can anyone recommend one that's a good value? Thanks.

Frank

edit: oops, should be in gadgets and gear, can somebody put this in the right place?

I occasionally use my shaving razor, but that really kills the edge very quickly. Since I use a Mach 3, it gets expensive to change the razors. I've also used a CRKT STIFF K.I.S.S., but I had to go really slow so I wouldn't scalp myself.

So I mainly use a cheapie Conair shaver I bought from Amazon.com. Shaves well, and that's all that counts for the price. It was only $15, and it's been more than a year since the last time I went to go get a haircut. You get 3-4 depth guides and there's 5 more depth settings on the shaver itself, so you can adjust it to cut many different lengths of hair.

added:

Whoops, the Conair is a hair shaver, not something you shave facial hair with.

Oh, by the way, I use the Norelco 8894XL and can't recommend it more highly! It can be picked up at Amazon.com for about $180.

i have a really delicate neck...

i settled on on a Braun rechargable. gets baby smooth close and no razor bumps. not to mention the charge lasts for a week.

previously tried:

-Mach 3
-Norelco and Remington rotaries.

Ron,

After your recommendation, I ordered the 8894XL and have used it twice now.

I have been using Norelco razors for about 20 years and can't say enough good about this one.

The 3 heads are totally independend and give you an amazing shave.

Same here, I've had 3 different Norelcos over about 30 years, so that's decent reliability.
