Electrician's Knife

I have a Camillus Electrician's Knife with "Agway Farm Enterprise Service" etched on the blade and stamped 27 on the other side. The screw driver blade is etched "To Release Push Center Lock to Left." Except for some minor wear, the knife is in excellent condition. Actually, my question is about the handle. It is a smooth brown material, could be plastic or stained bone. I'd like to know when it was manufactured if possible, but mainly I'd like to know what the handle scales are.

The handle scale material for the Electrician's Knife are Delrin, a molded thermoplastic. For the price points of the Dura-Tool series, Delrin offers a durable material and light weight.
