Electrochemical Etching machines

I was wondering if anyone has used an etching machine called the Personalizer. Koval's has it for $99.00 and I was wondering if it is worth the money or if a person should go with the higher dollar model's. Also where does a person get the stencil's used to make your marks on the blades. I see some guy's have some very nice looking marks on their blades, do you have them custom made somewhere.

I use it and am pretty happy with it. Got mine from Kovel myself. It is a simple, bare-bones set-up, but does the job for me.
