New maker with hopefully an easily answered question, absolutely love the forum here and there is so much useful stuff posted here. Very excited to be a part of this community and have somewhere to go to talk about stuff that i can't with people around here. I appreciate everyone for opening and reading this and any advice.

I know this topic has been beaten to death, i've reached out to Ernie @ http://erniesknives.com/knifemaker_stencil.html via email, and reached out to Patricia @ http://www.img-electromark.com/. I didn't manage to get a response from either, and i'm hoping maybe i should just call them? I need the stencils made and someone that can also design the logo in collaboration. The other thread was from 2014, maybe someone here can give me some advice? Going to try https://www.tustechshop.com/thermoselfstencil-p/tss4x164.htm for now.

Try calling. I know nobody likes to actually interact with each other these days, but a phone conversation will solve a lot of issues.

It's best to call Ernie. I haven't used electromark so I can't comment on them.

I think your right, knife community and most services that i've dealt with seem to prefer phone conversations.

Thanks for the insight brother.

If you are a really busy person, the last thing you get around to is answering emails, especially when most are "Can you do XYZ...". A phone needs to be answered.

IMG is who i use and they have been great anyone can have Email slip by them call or send another email

I am super busy, and emails are the fastest most efficient way to communicate.
The last thing I need is several people talking for hours on the phone.

I reserve phone calls to solidify a deal if needed.

I can not work if I am on the phone, but emails get answered at breakfast, lunch and dinner times easily for me.

I can handle 50 emails a day far better then 50 phone calls.
