Walwarts.- I have an older portable radio and I need an a/c adapter. But I can't find a Negative [-] center pin type .All I can find is Positive [+] center pin. It's for an older Sangean 909 and I don't want to damage it . Can I just cut the wires and reverse them ??

Oh, sorry about that, I mispoke. I meant it won't make a difference as in, it just won't work, no harm done, in theory. Because they'll regulate the current, if you happen to switch them incorrectly somehow, it won't function, and then you can just try another way. Thanks for catching that, Mike-Mike - I overshortened what I was saying.
