just putting the finishing touches on this .. my latest finished blade.

its high cabon, diff. heat treat .. mirror polish on blade with satin finish on sharpened false edge.
fittings are nickel silver .. with a setting of in brass of dyed paua shell.
the wood is western australian york gum burl.
rope pattern file work on spine of the blade, guard and pommel.

What a great blade!!! The false edge is awesome on that piece. Form and function doen very well in a great package.
