Elishewitz (Wharncliffe?) folder.. ID help and approx value please

Hi,
I came into possession of this beauty by Allen Elishewitz by multiple piece trade. I am not that familiar with Allen's work, although I'm sure a lot of folks here are.
I'm looking to ID this knife. Lockup is solid and about 30%... Black standoffs. I was told it is 154CM steel, although it is not marked on the blade. Also, could someone please tell me what it should go for (fair price) should I decide to sell it? thanks
The workmanship and action is very beautiful. Scales are beautifully molded CF. Liners are light purple Titanium, as well as pocket clip

I believe it's one of his old "djinn" or "cortex" models. Price is subjective but I believe it would be in the 350$-400$ range. Hope that helps. I'm sure you could email him and ask to be certain.

FYI.. I'm no new member, and I've been a Gold member for years.

Then you have to change your user id group, per the Service and Support s/f...because we are all seeing you as "Beginner Blue".
