Hello everyone. Just wanted to share and compare pictures with the Elmax Steak Knife and the AMS.:thumbup::):thumbup:

Nice looking knives there! Elmax is my favorite steel for small blades and Infi is my favorite in large.
 
Two gorgeous knives you have there. You will have a lifetime of using and enjoying them :)
 
I love the Elmax Steak Knives, I was actually thinking about ordering one! Great score!

Gorgeous knives! The tequila sunrise handles on the Elmax steak knives is one of my favorite combinations.
 
I used a cutting board and not my ceramic plates.
Garlic.

Rib Eye, more fat more flavor.

Tried to get to a little less than medium.

Slices like a hot knife through butter.

I think its past medium. Tastes great though and is still juicy.

Cleans up nice.


Awesome knife. I cant wait to go to a fancy steak house and whip this out. Might have to bring my own custom cutting board?

This knife is good in the kitchen and is oh so sharp. I wish Busse would bring back the thin NICK or another kitchen knife.
