I just finished these two up and figured I would share them together. This are really the first knives I have done in stainless, besides my kitchen knives.
They are both variants of my Scout drop point. The first one is an Elmax fighter with a nice stonewashed finish and my favorite handle combo, green w/ red liners. It has carbon fibers pins and a copper lanyard tube. The top edge is not sharpened, but could be. I am working on a bigger version of this one in Elmax as well, I will post it up in a few days. It will probably get carbon fiber and be sharp top and bottom. : )

The second one is a compact, 3.5" blade hunter/edc. It has a nice slim handle with maroon linen micarta and carbon fiber pins. I gave it an acid washed CPM-154 blade. They will both be getting leather sheaths when I get a chance.

I was going for a classic look on a modern design with these.
Let me know what you guys think.

I just finished up the sheaths for these guys. Simple and strong.

Ben, these are lovely!
The colors on the green one are great, but the smaller high-ground EDC is fabulous.

Both really....really cool. I especially like the fighter. Anxious to see the larger version.

Thanks so much guys!

The first one speaks to me.

The fighter is my favorite also Scott. I think the bigger one I am doing might be even cooler.

Both very nice Ben. I swear they are calling out to me. Love both the blade and handle profiles especially on the fighter. Seems like just the perfect curve on those blades. Really like the materials used also. Mike

Thanks again everyone, I appreciate you taking the time comment!

Nevermind that I love both of these knives - I think more makers should go to the kind of effort you do with your photography and in particular your perfectly chosen props.

Not everyone can be Coop or Caleb or Chuck (C to the power of 3?) but Ben your thought and execution regarding the photos are bang on and I genuinely anticipate every one of your posts for this reason.

Cheers......Pete
