Can anybody tell me whether the Elmax Steak Knives are covered by the normal Busse warranty? Only reason I ask is because the Scrap Yard Elmax were offered as "slicer only" blades and weren't covered against breakage when used for more than just slicing (or so I've heard anyways).
 
im not 100 % but im sure if you dropped Garth or Lexi an email they could help you out.
 
That is a good question I was planing to baton mine through a well done London broil this weekend. :)

We do not recommend that you use it for much more than slicing because it is so thin, but you are still covered under warranty. :thumbup::thumbup:

Me either there are plenty of other Busses I can beat. In fact I have broken Busse scales before horsing around and didn't send it in just because I knew it was my fault. Still awesome to know your knives are backed all the way.
 
There isn't a much better feeling that what the Busse warranty provides. :D
