elmax steel

Does anyone know anything about elmax steel that zero tolerance knives are made from. They talk about corosion resistant. Is it like spydercos h1? Thanks

Take a peek in the Kershaw forum and read around. There is a few threads in the reviews and testing section too. Elmax is not like H1, if you use Google and find the composition you can see the differences are apparent,

In my experience it's much like S30V with some more corrosion resistance (though not in the same league as corrosion proof H1) and it also has more toughness.
