HELP!!!!!! I just purchased a 31/2" lockback with turquoise handles with two ebony inlays on each side. The only markings are ELREY on one side of the blade and stainless on the other.I have searched for days to  get any info on this knife with no success. You are my only remaining hope.

Welcome to Bladeforums, collector :)

I have no idea myself who might have made that knife. It may be an off-brand or a clone of something better known. Pictures might help. Let's see if someone else has a better idea.

I just got this one in a lot of old knives, it seems well made and matches your description....

I didn’t notice. Oh well. I guess I was researching the same knife and followed the only link in the search. It’s disappointing there’s no info online about it. It’s a nice old knife.

It appears that ELREY might be the name of the outfit that made the handle.

Your knife is a Buck 110 knockoff. The Buck 110 is the most copied pattern in the world.
Schrade, Camillus, and a host of lesser known outfits made them.
I have no information on who made the base knife.

Thank you for the info. I guess El Rey are stone workers not knife makers. I guess the original poster was impressed with the stone and onyx work, as I was when I started searching. Even being a knockoff of Buck, this is a very well made and fitted knockoff. I was trying to decide if I wanted to keep it or put a wicked edge on it and give away as a gift. Thanks again for info!
