email changing problem

I want to change my email to an account I use more, but it says my email adress had been banned by the moderators.

Hotmail addresses are banned from here and lots of other places all over the net because Hotmail, owned by Microsoft, is notoriously uncooperative about dealing with abusers. It's also notoriously unreliable.

Anonymous mail servers are not a problem -- you can use yahoo or gmail or any of thousands of others. Only Hotmail is banned (and Verizon mail doesn't work; we have no control over that).
