Email error message on the BC order page

Is that normal on the order confirmation page after ordering an ASH1?

"Your Email could not be sent at this time. The following error was encountered: syntax error (#5.5.4) "
 
I had the same error when I sent in my order back at release. They still still got the order, I just didn't get an email confirmation of my order.
 
I apologize but that is what has been happening when you place your order. There is something wrong with the server and they are trying to get that fixed. Your order does go through, but if you would like you can call the shop just to verify.
