Dear respcted Aunt,
Namaste.

First of all,let me beg a pardon for not writing you email for a couple of months.Well..honesty to say, First thing I am quite busy with my internship practise and hospital works.Everyday, I have to go to hospital and got to work from 8:30 till 4-5:00.Since I am the junior young doctor. So I have to do all the works in hospital. One good part, this is the best to learn. But sometime, jobs are so much, do not feel interest. Here is no free day in a week.Got to work 7 days a week.
Secondly, you know, electricity cut off(load shedding) is another big problems. Life is not as easy as in europe or latvia. But here is friendly environment, this is what I like it. Here doctors are friendly and likes to teach things.

I attach 2 copies of photo to you.I believe it makes you proud.Well, aunt, honesty to say,I do remember your help and support to gain my doctor degree.Undoubetly, almost all the credit goes to uncle Bill.So there is no question mark to forget him.
Of course,I am trying my best to help the sick and diseased people here in Nepal, the reason that you helped me.

Well..for the time being, its all more in next email. Undoubetly, I will be more than happy to hear from you and to know how are you doing physically and mentally? Till then,..I wish and pray for your good and healthy life.

Yours love and blessing receiver..
Ram.

Yangdu,
It is great to hear from Dr. Ram. The life of a young intern is never an easy one, and conditions in Nepal don't do anything to help. I hope he knows how many people are proud of him and what he has done, is doing, and will do. Please send him our best wishes.

can't think of "Dr. Ram," without thinking of the great spirit of Steve Ferguson and his unrelenting efforts to make tuition payments for the good, young Doctor. A lotta that $ came out of Steve's own pocket.

Proud to know him, and the folks who kicked in over the years to make this happen. :)

It is very nice to hear from him. Thanks for the update.

It is good to hear that Dr. Ram is keeping a positive attitude despite the difficulties he faces. I am sure he will continue to make the H.I. community proud.

Great to hear from Dr. Ram.

A great deal of what he has achieved was his own hard work and diligence and I am sure he will find his way through whatever obstacles.
