Email should be working now

Looks like there was a PHP upgrade around the 7th, so after much frustration and hair pulling, it has been determined that the PHP upgrade and security fix may have broken the php mail() system. We've temporarily switched our mail system over to SMTP for the time being and will see what's going on.

Notification and activation emails should now work
