I have quite a good number of folders already therefore decided to move on to fixed blade instead recently as I does some minor prepping, camping and bushcraft stuffs here and there.

Since picking up a used BK9 from a friend, the becker bug has since seep deeper into me.

His lost is my gain. Anyway thanks Uncle Ethan for these great designs!!

My friend do like the BK9, just that he preferred something of a kukri shape as he need it specifically to chop and chop but the 9 is kinda thin and light for it.

Perhaps one day, something would suit him more from the BK&T series that has more belly and a thicker blade.

Since then, I've picked up a 14 & 16 and finally a 17 this week which i felt is wonderful with the sabre grind on it compared to the 16 which i love too with the FFG for other purpose.

We have the 15 for comparison but I dun see how the 5 and 15 would be useful for me at the moment for my activities.

I have easy access to the micarta scales but no luck for my 14 thou. gonna keep it skeletal

I tried making kydex sheaths for the 14 and its really fun.

I made another and tried adding it to the back of a magforce pouch where i put survival stuffs in it in case of emergency.

Great selection of knives you have there and they should be able to handle everything you throw at them!
 
With this few pieces, i believe that i have most of my bases covered but as usual.

Hehe, somehow I'm still questioning myself which BK should i pick up next.

The 2, 4 and 7 seem like a cool choices but I have less use for those at the moment.

What kinda usage do your have for a 7? This one interest me more then the rest.
 
I just missed the 11 at the shop. Someone picked it up before I did. But I'm happy getting the 16 n 17 this round. There is a 13 hanging around which I think I would like to add to my collection.

Thanks for your kind words, blessing and great products you have designed which I had lots of great time with. I would like to wish you great health, happiness and perhaps a few new design .. a BK&T tomahawk or hatchet perhaps? Hehe

Your knives have certainly been great company to me and I love the time spend here with your beckerheads. It feels great to see people putting their BKs to work and all kinda cool mods to personalise their BKs.

Thou the company I'm working with isn't representing Kabar in this region, we do sell BKs here. I have certainly enjoyed sharing my BK experiences with my clients and friends. Many have grew to love it and have since picked up a few of their own too.

I wish to be at the coming SHOT but sadly I have to stay back to hold the fort while my colleagues will be there instead. Hopefully I will get to meet you in person one day or during Blade Show perhaps.

Just picked up an older BK7, BK13 and another ZT 0200 from a friend working here that will be posting to another country next month but sadly, he can't bring his collection along so he tried to off load some before sending the rest to his home country.

The BK7 has always been on my list just that i never found any immediate needs for it. His lost is my gain and he is happy that his 7 have found a new home with other BK companions.

The ZT 0200 fit nicely in the sheath pouch of the 7 and 9, not posted here is a 13 too.
 
The sheath pouch holds the ZT 0200 pretty well and it will fit most of my other folders easily .. as for the BK16 and BK17, i normally put smaller ZTs in there.

These are some of the folders I have which are used more frequently but the ZTs are certainly more. There are more in the storage box but these will take the limelight for now.

Very cool! Congrats on the new blades! Thank you for continuing to share with us from another land. Get out there and put that 4 to work! You'll find that it's a very interesting tool to work with. Let us know what you think about your latest additions and of course, provide pics as I'm sure you will! Lets see some choppin' from Singapore! :thumbup:
